Welcome to the website of the Cole County Prosecuting Attorney.  Please take some time and find out who we are and the services we provide.  We are proud to serve the 75,000+ people of Cole County, Missouri.

The Cole County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is located on the third floor of the Cole County Courthouse Annex in the heart of Jefferson City, just blocks from the Missouri Capitol and the Missouri River.  We prosecute cases ranging from relatively minor traffic and misdemeanor offenses to serious felonies.

To efficiently and effectively prosecute criminal offenses, the office employs six assistant prosecuting attorneys, three investigators, the RACS victims' advocate, and support staff members.
